1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Naturaffirm ("the Service"), operated by Brady Yaddof (Sole Proprietor), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Naturaffirm is an AI-powered positive reinforcement engine that generates tailored motivational content. The Service uses randomized subjects and animals to provide psychological support and focused encouragement. All generated content is for personal growth, motivational, and entertainment purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must sign in using Google OAuth through our authentication provider (Supabase). By signing in, you agree that:

• The information associated with your Google account is accurate.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You will not share or transfer your account to others.
• You are at least 13 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.

4. Instincts (Digital Currency)

The Service uses a digital currency called "Instincts." Each Instinct allows you to run one AI-powered generation session. Key points:

• New users receive 2 free Instincts upon account creation.
• Additional Instincts may be purchased through our store via Gumroad.
• Instincts are non-transferable between accounts.
• Instincts have no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, promotional offers, and the number of free Instincts at any time.

5. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed through Gumroad, a third-party payment provider. By making a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service. Please review our Refund Policy for information about refunds and cancellations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent usage limits or authentication systems.
• Use automated tools to exploit the Service.
• Submit content designed to produce harmful or abusive output.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content is produced by artificial intelligence and should not be treated as factual, scientific, medical, or professional advice. The Service is a motivational tool, not a replacement for professional clinical counseling or therapy.

You use AI-generated content at your own risk. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the Service's output.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Brady Yaddof. AI-generated results are provided for your personal use. You may share your results, but you may not claim ownership of the Service itself.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brady Yaddof shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time. Unused Instincts are non-refundable upon termination for violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.
